14 Days of (food & craft) Love: Day 1- Pink Hot Chocolate

Happy February 1st Everyone!
I am really trying my best to blog more and a new month is just the thing to get me motivated! Especially when it's  the looooooove month. I've decided to do 14 easy crafts or recipes leading up to the big day! I may also refer to these as the 14 pounds of February, as most of these recipes are not sugar/fat free, as the best never are right?
So here goes day one, Pink Hot Chocolate.

2 cups of full fat milk (what did I tell you earlier? No fat free!)
1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
4 or 5 red Wilton Candy melts, I guess you could use pink, but you might need more.

Simmer all 3 ingredients, whisking until all the chocolate is melted and mixture is hot.
Serve immediately.
Now this recipe was just kinda thrown together, so you can play with the measurements if you want, but this worked well and was super quick. It was rich and creamy, with a mild white chocolate flavour.

Until tomorrow fellow cupids!
